“Subdued Radiance” was installed on the Campus of St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, Missouri. It is in the temporary art exhibit entitled “Serendipity.” The exhibit is on display from April 2009 until September 2009.

“Dire Enticement” is a part of the 9th Annual Florida Outdoor Sculpture Competition. The exhibit will be on display from March 2009 until February 2010.

“Creative Enigma” was a commissioned work by the University of Northern Iowa. Its permanent location is on the second floor of the Business and Community Services Center on the UNI Campus.

“Point Defiance” was installed in downtown Boynton Beach. It is in the temporary art exhibit entitled “Avenue of the Arts.” This year’s exhibition is themed around environmental issues. The exhibit is on display from September 2009-2010.

In conjunction with the Short Street Garage project, I received grant funding to work with Battle High School Students to create a sculpture. Over the course of eight weeks, the students worked on aluminum etching panels. “Ripple” is covered with over 300 student etchings!

“Sprout” exceeded my new studio space, so a different warehouse was need to assemble the sculpture. It was a family affair! Eric, my older brother, flew in to help put the pieces together in one week. Please note, my adventurous sister-in-law, Jess, driving the forklift!!

I installed a family of four bears (a momma and three cubs, mirrored after my family). I was met with an army of kids all excited to explore these new creatures. This installation was unforgettable and one of my career highs!
